Job Overview
- Responsible for overall design, validation of electric vehicle thermal management system development. Derive vehicle requirement to thermal system and component level (e.g. HVAC, RV, eCompressor etc. )
- Act as customer technical interface, responsible for technical proposal, support quotation of new potential projects and afterwards project execution
- Responsible for new project delivery on time, cost and quality which including
- making overall development plan
- drafting thermal system control requirements document according to customer demand
- tracking components development status and performance requirement
- preparing a vehicle CWT
- thermal system bench test
- solving problems during whole development process
- Guide the construction of vehicle bench and complete thermal system verification
- Manage external suppliers on thermal system set-up, validation, and testing report release for service project
- Support lead engineer and platform advanced technology research (e.g. other refrigerant CO2/Propane/Mixed refrigerants etc.)
- Support lead engineer to release final technical results to customer
- Coordinate and technical release refrigerant components (e.g. receiver, accumulator, sensors etc.) in external supplier
- Document and report all testing results to internal & external stakeholders
