- Analyze Purchasing Quality KPIs, with a strong focus on Complaint Management.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve key performance targets in the assigned area.
- Identify and coordinate required competence training programs.
- Establish and optimize workflows to align with Bosch, Customer, and industry standards (e.g., TS16949).
- Follow up on 8D reports with suppliers, prioritizing quality and lead time.
- Monitor KPI results and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement digital tools such as "Supply On" and global 8D reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to Quality to Excellence processes and leverage SAP for monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives assigned by the Head of Department.
