[EMC] Intern for Admin

Bosch Car Multimedia team is looking for full-time Admin (Intern)

The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems. Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker. 

Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home appliance products.

As an Admin Intern, your typical work activities include:

• Talent Management Support: Conduct orientation interviews for new hires.
• Facilities Management: Monitor, allocate departmental assets and accessories to associates, raise the ticket for fixing or improvement, purchase the stationery and office equipments as per regulations.
• System Administration: Create User IDs and PC for new hires, maintain employee records, oversee claims and payments, and manage exit procedures, receive/send couriers.
• Reporting: Maintain assets and accessories file of department, update organizational charts, and other relevant documents.
• Engagement Activities: Organize guest receptions, department meetings, corporate outings, workshop, long-year service celebration and gift distributions.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete additional assignments delegated by Serk and the Department Head.
