Job Overview
- Support Liquid Silicon Process (Rubber Injection) series production, productivity improvement, scrap reduction and monitor production process to meet quality, cost and output.
- Preparation of production documents and working standard, PFMEA, CP.
- Lead capacity enhancement of existing product including MAE and tooling.
- Capability measurement (Machine, Production) take action in case of deviation of control criteria.
- Support additional of new Project.
- Tool release of new Project.
- Support Engineering Change Request (ECR preparation and revision).
- Support BMLP implementation.
- Support cross functional team BPS, quality activities of manufacturing and HSE safety.
