- Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and In-depth analysis of logistics costs as well as IDC/non-IDC cost. Conduct rigorous cost analysis and cross-functional review with business partners to identify potential cost optimization opportunities and actionable improvement measures.
- Lead the tracking, implementation, and effect evaluation of measures for RPPs
- Take charge of LOG cost and Scrap cost planning for BP and CF. Actively participate in company target setting, timely tracking performance result and work together with business counterparties to ensure target achievement
- Prepare and present cost performance reports to both central and local management teams, providing clear insights into cost trends, variances, and improvement progress.
- Formulate data-driven management recommendations based on sound cost analysis and accurate forecasting, to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Project calculation/ Quotation supporting. e.g. Investment assessment, EVOB, make/ buy calculation , and other related financial evaluations.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to optimize cost management process, enhance analytical efficiency and accuracy, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required.
