1. Executive Administrative Support
- Manage calendar, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up tracking
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a coordination point between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
- Support communication across functions and regions
- Handle basic correspondence and ensure timely information flow
3. Office & Process Support
- Support daily office operations and administrative processes
- Maintain documentation, reports, and filing systems
- Assist in expense management and basic budgeting tracking
4. Meeting & Event Support
- Organize management meetings, workshops, and team events
- Ensure smooth execution and logistics coordination
