Product Developement Engineer

To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality  & cost targets. 

Product Engineering :- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management :-Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management :- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports
