Take overall responsibility for technical support and IT service delivery, ensuring scalable, and secure operations.

Define and maintain high-performance benchmarks for IT products and services, ensuring consistent delivery against Service Level Agreements.

Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing architectural guidance and ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues.

Proactively identify and drive business development opportunities within IT projects to expand the team’s impact and revenue.

Translate department and company-wide objectives into actionable technical goals, driving the team toward shared success.

Provide technical expertise during the business planning phase and assist in acquisition activities to ensure technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Strategically plan and allocate human resources, specialized tools, and hardware to ensure project deployments meet strict Cost, Quality, and Schedule targets.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent communication and reliable delivery.

Create an environment of continuous learning. Identify skill gaps and approve targeted training and certification paths for group members.

Drive a high-performance culture through regular performance evaluations, technical mentorship, and proactive coaching.
