Job Overview
- Take over Product Ownership for the production fine planning system PlanEx
- Drive business value of own product and (sub-) process depending on overall strategy
- Execute global requirements collection, communicate and implement the system PlanEx, incl. the production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) process on global level
- Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout project, secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
- Align and adapt the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes
- Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process
- Drive digitalization and automation in planning related processes
- Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
- Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
- Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
