SENIOR SAP HCM / PAYROLL CONSULTANT (HIRE TO RETIRE) - 34696

• The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management, combined with experience in global rollouts, multi-country environments, and a proactive mindset toward innovation and AI-driven initiatives.
• This position operates in close collaboration with global and regional teams, supporting both operational excellence and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert in SAP HCM across end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
• Participate in Design, Build, and Rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects.
• Support and enhance SAP Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll interfaces, and payroll-related compliance.
• Lead and support SAP Time Management solutions, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
• Contribute to SAP rollouts (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Support integrations and interfaces related to HR and Payroll, acting as a functional counterpart to technical teams (e.g., SAP CPI/ FI module).
• Deliver and maintain solutions in the following areas, depending on project scope:
• SAP HCM PA
• Payroll (PY)
• Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Time Management (PT)
• HR Self Services
• Employee Central
• Data Driven HR and mobile HR solutions (Fiori)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and small enhancements in HR systems and processes.
• Work in multicultural and multi-country environments, with strong exposure to Brazil and interaction with other countries (e.g., Germany, US).
• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives, including automation and AI use cases in HR.
