[PJ-SDS] Sales Manager – Industrial Software & IT/Engineering Services

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Industrial Software and IT/Engineering Services portfolio in the Vietnamese market.

This is a customer-facing business development role with ownership across the end-to-end sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities and engaging key decision-makers to developing solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

You will work closely with our Delivery and Technical Expert teams to translate customer business challenges into relevant technology and engineering solutions, while building long-term strategic relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2B technology or engineering services sales, particularly in areas such as MES, Industrial IoT, ESG solutions, software development, software validation, or related digital/engineering services.

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers 
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. 
• Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver thought leadership content (e.g., presentations, articles, webinars) to position the company as an industry expert and attract potential customers. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure smooth project execution, address customer needs, and provide exceptional service. 
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. 
• Sales Process Improvement: Continuously refining sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
