Make your mark as a deckhand at one of the exceptional vessels of Boskalis!

We have one of the largest global fleets of state-of-the-art fleet vessels and this allows us to carry out a broad range of dredging and offshore activities. The demand for these activities continues to grow, and this allows you to work on groundbreaking projects. What kind of projects? One-of-a-kind dredging projects like the construction of the platform for the Manila International Airport (MIA) in Philippines. Or how about an offshore project such as currently the world's largest floating wind farm, Kincardine in the UK? 

Your responsibilities as deckhand is:

• Providing maintenance of the vessel and equipment.
• Assisting in the daily routine tasks for example painting, small repairs and mooring activities.
• Assisting with (un)loading of cargo and (crew) transfers.
• Ensuring the tidiness on deck.

Your qualities and experience 
You can move ahead as deckhand if you have:

• A citizenship of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience as a deckhand on multicat vessels.
• Preferably basic knowledge in welding.
• Valid STCW documents.
• A good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid seafarers medical certificate.
