Job requirements

• Experience Range:
• 5 - 8 years of experience in delivery management, with proven expertise in project and program management within data engineering environments
• 
  
• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope, quality, and budget
• 2. Develop and track Statements of Work (SOW), maintaining clear scope definitions and monitoring progress against deliverables
• 3. Forecast project revenue accurately and proactively manage project financials, including P&L oversight and budget control
• 4. Lead program management activities, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• 5. Analyze project performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes
• 6. Oversee people management tasks, including resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews
• 7. Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues promptly, maintaining stakeholder confidence and minimizing disruptions
• 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery

• 1. Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
