Your Job:
The Retail Marketing Specialist is critical to our success with our retail partners. You will focus on
executing marketing plans for Brooks retail partners and work closely with the Benelux Tech Rep
Team and BLX Marketing Manager to ensure smooth delivery of our seasonal brand stories and instore activations. You will also focus on the Digital supportforretailers across all accounts including
Paid Media campaigns with Focus and Key Accounts and creation of Digital assets to be delivered to
all accounts in the BLX markets.

Your Job:
The Retail Marketing Specialist is critical to our success with our retail partners. You will focus on
executing marketing plans for Brooks retail partners and work closely with the Benelux Tech Rep
Team and BLX Marketing Manager to ensure smooth delivery of our seasonal brand stories and instore activations. You will also focus on the Digital supportforretailers across all accounts including
Paid Media campaigns with Focus and Key Accounts and creation of Digital assets to be delivered to
all accounts in the BLX markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and the execution of retail marketing activities and activations for key retailers.
- Work closely with the BLX Marketing Manager, BLX Sales Manager, Sales Reps, Tech Reps and wider BLX marketing team to provide consistent marketing messages in-store and online aligned to account orderbooks of selected accounts.
- Act as an initial point of contact for retail client relationships with key account buyers and marketing teams.
- Plan and monitor respective account marketing budgets under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure consistent and continuous visibility of the Brooks brand and products within selected Focus and Key Account at POS (brick & mortar, online, social, retail events) and provide continuous marketing support of Sales and Tech Reps to drive sell through within account base.
- Coordinate the production of Digital Asset Packs to be shared with all accounts in the Benelux.
- Support Marketing Manager with in-market advice to build the Paid Media Retailer strategy for selected accounts in the Benelux. Execute the paid media strategy activation with selected accounts and report back on results.
- Fill in Quarterly report template for selected Key Accounts and present to team in Quarterly report meeting.
- Travel with Sales and Marketing Management to account meetings and tradeshows for retail marketing presentations and other commitments
- Present Go-To Market Marketing content to select retailers and attend sell-in meetings.
- Partner closely with all other BLX marketing areas including event attendance, Partners, Social, Digital, Ambassadors, Run Communities, to achieve consistent brand communication.
- Monitor, and report on Retail activity using KPI’s & Metrics agreed with Marketing Manager.
- Execute project requests digital retail and partner with Retail Marketing teammates on large-scale projects.
- Provide updates to BLX Marketing Manager and EMEA Retail Marketing Manager to enable them to ensure brand consistency and alignment with EMEA marketing strategy.
- Keep up to date on new POS tools, in particular digital retail tools, and identify potential opportunities to innovate or improve our existing processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business/marketing).
- 1+ years of relevant business experience (brand, footwear, retail & lifestyle experience).
- Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing approach.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of marketing channels and brands.
- Readiness to travel and attend meetings and offerings with customers as well as events.
- Proficiency of following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Strong passion for the running enthusiast and practicing an active lifestyle.
- Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
- Driven & energetic, trend-conscious, sport-savvy.
