Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to support our ERP project initiatives and drive vendor engagement and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing inbound leads, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations related to ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Inside Sales
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads for Oracle ERP and enterprise IT solutions.
- Draft product presentations and demos in coordination with presales/ technical teams.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on sales pipeline activities.
Proposal Coordination
- Draft, review and submit RFP/RFQ responses in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance with client requirements and Keep record of documents.
- Track proposal status and maintain master data with status and client response.
Vendor Registration & Compliance
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and registration with enterprise clients.
- Manage documentation for Vendor Registration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Oracle ERP, SaaS.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of vendor registration processes with large enterprises or government entities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal drafting and client interaction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools- Zoho CRM, MS Office, and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
