Role: Associate Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Experience: Fresher (Trained & Certified) Mandatory

Role Overview

As an Associate Oracle Finance Functional Consultant, you will support the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, configure financial modules, assist in testing, and ensure smooth deployment of financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses
• Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• Support financial period close activities and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration (FBDI/ADFdi).
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (trained/certified candidates preferred).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to system capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn ERP processes and work in a client facing environment.

Qualifications

• Passed Out Year: 2023, 2024, 2025
• Education Background:
• B. Com, BBA, BBM, M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or any finance related degree
• Mandatory: Oracle Fusion Financials training/certification
