Job Overview

  • Conceptualization and Ideation:
  • Collaborate with senior creative staff and project teams to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and visual solutions for various projects and campaigns.
  • Participate in creative briefings and discussions to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging objectives.
  • Design Development:
  • Assist in the development of design concepts, layouts, and visual treatments for digital and print materials, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, logos, branding elements, and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize graphic design software and other creative tools to create high-quality design assets that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
  • Production and Execution:
  • Translate design concepts into finished deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the production process.
  • Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, including formatting, resizing, and optimization for various platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including printers, vendors, and production teams, to coordinate production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of design materials.
  • Brand Alignment:
  • Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines, style standards, and visual identity requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and other brand attributes across all communications and collateral.
  • Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Participate in creative reviews, feedback sessions, and revisions to refine design concepts and optimize visual impact.
  • Research and Innovation:
  • Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Explore new tools, techniques, and approaches to design, seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in creative processes and outcomes.
