Customer Service Specialist~ Lawn & AG

Requirements

Conforms with the core values of BPS

• Conforms with the core values of BPS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Prior warranty experience a plus
• Previous experience working parts/service counter a plus
• Previous experience with a high volume of inbound calls strongly preferred
• Frontline customer service experience required
• Able to work independently
• Must have a patient and calm demeanor
• Excellent computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
