Samuelson Hause PLLC is a boutique matrimonial and family law firm in Garden City, Long Island. Our close-knit team includes 3 attorneys and 2 legal assistants. About You
We are seeking an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Ideal candidates bring 10 years of experience, strong courtroom capability, including first chair experience, and a professional style that builds trust with high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar Association
• 10+ plus years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
• Experience handling hearings and trials as first chair
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• A genuine interest in the business side of running a law firm
• A long term mindset and commitment to supporting the firm’s continued growth

Benefits

• We offer an excellent work life balance with a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week. A book of business is a plus but not required.
• Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $150,000+
• Compensation includes case origination bonuses and performance bonuses
• 401(k) with 3-6% match
• CLEs, Nassau County Bar membership and NYSBA membership are provided
• Parking provided at our Garden City location
• Hybrid working available
