Property Management Assistant
Our client is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of affordable housing properties in the United States. This is a remote role based in Latin America, working closely with a U.S. property management team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling tenant communications, vendor coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with leasing, renewals, and tenant communications
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
Support recordkeeping and data entry in Yardi (or similar software)
Help prepare property-level reports and track expenses
Maintain compliance documentation and assist with audits
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
Proven experience with US affordable housing programs or related
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi or other property management software preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Ability to work U.S. business hours
