Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a boutique investment banking team with both administrative and technical tasks. This role requires a blend of creative, technical, and communication skills — particularly in creating polished corporate presentations and replicating surveys in HTML.
The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation design abilities, and thrives in a structured yet fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Replicate and format surveys in HTML with precision and consistency.
Draft and format reports and internal documents.
Design, edit, and enhance corporate presentations that meet high professional and aesthetic standards.
Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications, especially via email.
Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support, including scheduling, document preparation, and project coordination.
Review all materials for accuracy, tone, and formatting consistency.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing initiatives and special projects.
Must-Have
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
Advanced presentation tool skills — strong eye for layout, visual storytelling, and design refinement.
Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge — able to replicate surveys and ensure correct formatting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting executives in finance, consulting, or professional services.
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Design experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
Exposure to market research, data analysis, or client services environments.
