Job Description

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Outbound Operations Team Lead to lead our new outbound telemarketing division. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on calling.

• Build and structure a small team, and gradually scale as volume grows.

• Oversee daily cold-calling operations and appointment-setting management.

• Manage data acquisition and list segmentation strategies.

• Manage and coach a team of callers to ensure peak performance.

• Implement call quality control measures and track key KPIs.

• Maintain documentation of operational procedures and drive measurable results.
