Location: Latin America (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, 9–6pm PST and occasional weekends.

Job Description

Our client, a growing renovations company, is seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Manager to lead their team. This company delivers full-service home remodeling and renovation work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, siding, roofing, among other services.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a team of sales representatives.

• Overseeing data acquisition, contact list management, and system integration.

• Developing detailed call flow protocols and operational processes.

• Monitoring KPIs, generating performance reports, and analyzing conversions.

• Recruiting, hiring, and training new talent.

• Managing payroll, hours, and productivity reports to ensure operational efficiency.

• Providing frontline support to agents and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Next Day Lead Confirmation

• Overseeing dispatch management and Lead distribution to Project managers when required.

• General team management and tracking, including some on weekends.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience managing outbound telemarketing/inside sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Strong knowledge of contact list management, call flow design, reporting/KPI tracking, and productivity oversight.

• Familiarity with dispatch management and supporting lead distribution to operations/project teams.

• Hands-on experience providing day-to-day coaching and ensuring smooth sales floor operations.

• Industry experience in renovations, home improvement, or related, high

• Comfort dealing with vendors, contractors, and service providers as part of operational workflows.

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency with dialer systems (e.g., CallTools, Five9, ViciDial, RingCentral).

• Comfort with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).

• Strong in Google Drive/Sheets or equivalent reporting platforms.

• Experience scaling telemarketing operations in the home services/renovations space.

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
