Job Description
Our client, a growing renovations company, is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead their outbound operations team.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and supporting a team of sales representatives.
• Overseeing data acquisition, contact list management, and system integration.
• Developing detailed call flow protocols and operational processes.
• Monitoring KPIs, generating performance reports, and analyzing conversions.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new talent.
• Managing payroll, hours, and productivity reports to ensure operational efficiency.
• Providing frontline support to agents and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Next Day Lead Confirmation
• Overseeing dispatch management and Lead distribution to Project managers when required.
General team management and tracking, including some on weekends.
Must-have
Experience managing sales or telemarketing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Familiarity with contact list management, call flow design, reporting/KPI tracking, and ensuring productivity.
Ability to oversee systems integration, dispatch management, and support lead distribution.
Willingness to provide day-to-day coaching and ensure smooth operations.
Nice-to-have
Proven experience with Calltools and Excel.
