About the Role
We’re seeking a Cold Email & Client Outreach Specialist to help drive new business opportunities through strategic, high-quality outbound campaigns. This is a project-based, hourly position focused on crafting personalized outreach that builds trust and converts prospects into conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and build targeted prospect lists (U.S.-based decision-makers in SMBs and startups).
Write and send clear, professional, and persuasive cold emails in flawless English.
A/B test subject lines, value propositions, and calls-to-action to improve open and reply rates.
Manage and monitor campaigns using outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot).
Maintain accurate reporting and campaign performance tracking.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on target personas and service offerings.
Requirements (must-haves)
Proven experience running cold email or outbound lead generation campaigns for B2B services or agencies.
Exceptional written English — natural tone, grammar accuracy, and storytelling ability.
Strategic thinker: understands how to position value in outreach, not just send templates.
Skilled in using lead generation and CRM platforms
Data-driven mindset and proactive communication.
Contract Details
