Position Summary:
We are seeking a polished and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and leasing operations at a luxury Class A building. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end environment. The ideal candidate will provide both general office support and assist the leasing team with tenant relations and leasing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist prospective tenants, current residents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and schedule appointments for leasing tours
Assist with leasing processes including preparing lease documents, applications, and follow-up correspondence
Maintain accurate leasing and tenant records, both digital and physical
Support leasing team in tracking availability, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination
Assist with preparing marketing materials, flyers, and promotional packets
Help coordinate property tours and ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready
Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document scanning, and supply inventory
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area
Provide support to the property management team for special projects and building events as needed
