Freelance Social Media Content Creator (In Person Project-Based)

We’re looking for a freelance social media content creator (In Person Project-Based) to help bring Pearl & Pine to life through compelling, story-driven content. This is not a full-time role, but a creative, flexible opportunity for someone who can step into a role almost like an actor or storyteller, capturing the personality, lifestyle, and energy of the building.

You’ll create short-form content (reels, stories, posts) that feels authentic, cinematic, and engaging—turning Pearl & Pine into a character, not just a property. If you love creating narratives, being on camera, and building brand identity through storytelling, we’d love to connect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. The Social Media Content Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordination of specific Social Media Marketing campaigns and projects.

2. As a member of our content team, the coordinator will need to be creative, well organized, and have a keen eye for social media as a marketing service.

3. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content across multiple platforms.

4. Ensure social media content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

5. Support ongoing content initiatives by organizing schedules, assets, and deliverables.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging and visual presentation.

7. Monitor social media activity and engagement related to assigned campaigns.

8. The ideal candidate will be able to present a portfolio demonstrating their creative use of social media campaigns.
