Supply Chain Business Analyst - Temporary Full-Time

 

Based in BWG Head Office and reporting to the Supply Chain Systems Application Manager. The successful candidate will help identify and document business requirements to assist in the procurement and implementation of solutions and processes.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the business by analysing existing processes and identifying and developing opportunities for improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver user friendly and effective applications.

  • Capture user requirements through meetings and workshops.

  • Manage projects to procure and implement the specified solutions including development of test plans, scripts and training and user documentation.

  • To assist in user training and manage user testing.

  • Keeping stakeholders apprised of progress through update meetings and progress reports.

  • Manage projects to keep to timelines in line with business priorities.
