Senior Full Stack SAP Developer

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack SAP Developer to join our SAP community and help our customers design and build modern SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.

What is the job like, really? 🤔

In this role, you'll combine front-end and back-end development to create SAP applications that solve real business challenges. You'll work closely with customers, designers, consultants, and fellow developers to turn business needs into intuitive user experiences and robust technical solutions.

Our SAP customer portfolio is broad and diverse, offering a mix of implementation, development, roll-out, and support projects across different industries. You'll get to work on both new development and continuous improvement initiatives, helping customers modernize their SAP landscape and user experience using modern SAP technologies and best practices.

You'll be joining a community of 90+ SAP experts and a partner network of 100+ professionals. Together, we cover the full SAP landscape and continuously develop our expertise through knowledge sharing, certifications, and modern tools.

Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

☘️ Building modern SAP applications
Design and develop user-friendly applications using SAP UI5 and Fiori principles.

☘️ Developing full-stack SAP solutions
Work across both front-end and back-end layers, utilizing technologies such as ABAP, CDS Views, OData, and SAP HANA.

☘️ Collaborating with customers and stakeholders
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and application designs.

☘️ Contributing across the project lifecycle
Participate in implementation, roll-out, enhancement, and support projects.

☘️ Ensuring high-quality solutions
Apply SAP development best practices, architecture principles, and modern development methods.

What are we looking for?

You'll do well in this role if you enjoy combining technical problem-solving with creating great user experiences. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with customers and colleagues and enjoys building solutions that deliver real business value.

Experience and skills we value

🎯 Strong experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori design and development

🎯 Solid understanding of SAP development principles, guidelines, and architecture

🎯 Hands-on experience with CDS Views, OData services, and SAP HANA

🎯 Strong ABAP development skills

🎯 Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes, for example within SAP SD, MM, PM, or EWM

🎯 Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English

It’s a strong plus if you have:

🎯 Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments

🎯 Experience with SAP AI Core or other AI-related SAP technologies

🎯 Experience working directly with customers and gathering requirements

🎯 Experience with modern SAP development tools and methodologies
