David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an established FinTech company who seeks to onboard French speaking Retention Agent to join their team in Limassol.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and retain a portfolio of clients
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email
Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in French with outstanding communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Proven experience as a Retention Agent from FX/CFD company
Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks
Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ideally already based in Limassol.
