Job Overview
At INHAUS, we are supporting Papa John’s, one of the most recognized international brands in the QSR sector, with a strong regional presence and currently undergoing a digital transformation, in the search for a Senior E-Commerce Product Lead to drive the evolution of their digital ecosystem (App & Web) in a dynamic, competitive, and 100% customer-focused environment.
With a constantly growing operation and a strategic focus on digital experience, the company is heavily investing in enhancing its online channel as a key business pillar.
What will be your mission?
Maximize the value of the digital channel by aligning business, technology, and user experience, driving improvements that have a real impact on conversion, profitability, and growth.
You will act as the strategic bridge between Operations, Marketing, IT, and technology providers.
Key challenges
Define and prioritize the digital roadmap.
Manage the product backlog using agile methodologies.
Monitor key KPIs (conversion, adoption, retention).
Lead improvements in UX, performance, and internal operations.
Coordinate integrations with payment and delivery platforms.
Prepare the ecosystem for a future technology migration.
What are we looking for?
3+ years leading E-Commerce platforms (App & Web).
Experience as a Product Owner / Digital Lead.
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and API integrations.
Experience working with technology vendors.
Ideally, experience in Retail or QSR.
