Position: Sales Support (Korean & English)
Location: Kotka, Finland

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Support person who will be responsible for customer communication, customer certification, sales support, and other internal sales-related matters. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Following up on customer requests and ensuring timely responses.
2. Managing PPAP certification for new products.
3. Supporting customer audits and related documentation.
4. Tracking product sample testing processes and results.
5. Managing 4M change certification procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in key account sales support or customer management.
2. Familiarity with processes related to the new product certification, customer audits, and sample testing.
3. Strong command of Korean and English (both written and spoken); excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
4. Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in the battery materials, automotive, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
