Join Our Team as a Global Study Manager.

About this role

As part of our FSP team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. This is a full-time hybrid role with 3 days working from the client's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross‑functionally with internal functions such as Data Management, Regulatory, Patient Safety, Quality Assurance as well as external CROs.

  • Prepare study‑related documents and manage external service providers.

  • Ensure supply chain for study materials and IMP in collaboration with Clinical Supply Chain.

  • Budget management and invoice handling.

  • Ensure that studies are always “inspection‑ready” according to ICH‑GCP.

  • Risk and issues management to remove obstacles in study delivery.

  • Reporting of adverse events according to applicable policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biological sciences or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience within clinical operations.

  • Strong experience working in global study teams.

  • Experience in Cell therapy is a plus
