SOFTSWISS is hiring a Setup Manager to join our team. The role involves connecting clients to the aggregator and game providers, handling requests like RTP, limits, and currencies, managing documentation, and working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Gitlab to ensure smooth client setup.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end setup of clients with our aggregator and game providers, ensuring their requests - such as RTP adjustments, limits, and currencies - are handled accurately, while maintaining clear and organized documentation to support smooth client operations.
Key responsibilities:
Connecting clients to the aggregator.
Connecting clients to game providers: full support of the client's request.
Work with documents
Working with Jira, Confluence, mail, Gitlab
Required Experience:
Information analysis skills
Independence and responsibility
English at least B1 level
Excellent communication skills in Russian
