How You Will Make an Impact:
Monitor market trends in SME and Large Corporate segments across the Baltics to identify growth opportunities
Develop and execute business plans for Baltic-wide and country-specific SME and Large Corporate segments
Lead strategic initiatives and drive key activities that support business objectives
Design tailored offerings for specific countries, industries, and customer groups
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost growth
Track segment performance and promote cross-selling and customer retention
Analyze customer journeys and processes, removing barriers to growth
Manage regular and ad-hoc customer re-segmentation, ensuring service levels and updating KPIs with stakeholders
Foster stakeholder engagement through pan-Baltic and cross-divisional initiatives
Resolve cross-border and cross-functional challenges while supporting Corporate Banking leadership
Deliver assigned tasks on time, within budget, and aligned with company values
Invest in your professional development and contribute to team success through feedback and ideas
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Proven experience in sales management or business development within corporate or SME banking
Strong knowledge of the SME market, including key trends and dynamics
Ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities
Stakeholder engagement and project management skills to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery
Practical experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results
Educational background in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Marketing or a related field
Fluency in English and a local language (spoken and written) to support Pan-Baltic collaboration

Gross salary. From 3800 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
