AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will own AI-enabled products from a business perspective, ensuring they solve real client problems, are successfully deployed into live environments, adopted by users and deliver measurable impact. You’ll work across teams to embed AI into day-to-day operations and continuously improve how our products perform and scale.
If you have the following:
Experience in product management, operations or performance roles within BPO, CX or similar environments
Strong ability to translate business problems into practical product use cases
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new products
Commercial awareness with the ability to link product usage to measurable business outcomes
