What You’ll Do
- Strengthen the company’s market position in HVAC solutions across Antwerp and Limburg.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with installers, distributors, and building sector professionals.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and turn them into successful sales results.
- Represent the company at industry events, professional networks, and regional trade fairs.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Define and execute regional business plans aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted ambassador of the brand, promoting innovation and sustainability in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or HVAC-related environment.
- Strong relationship builder and communicator, comfortable engaging with clients at different levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven, with a collaborative attitude.
- Genuine interest in HVAC technology, sustainability, and energy-efficient systems.
- Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch (required).
- Good command of French to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
- Professional level of English for internal communication and product or technical documentation
