To strengthen its presence in northern Belgium, they are seeking a Business Development Manager – HVAC Solutions to expand the market in Antwerp and Limburg.

As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive regional growth by developing partnerships with engineering offices, architects, contractors, and developers. Working closely with the Regional Manager and technical teams, you’ll promote sustainable HVAC technologies and support the company’s commercial expansion in the region.

As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive regional growth by developing partnerships with engineering offices, architects, contractors, and developers. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow the company’s presence in the HVAC market across the Antwerp and Limburg regions.
  • Identify and engage with new clients, including study offices, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to promote sustainable HVAC solutions.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Regional Manager to align sales efforts and regional targets.
  • Translate customer needs into viable technical and commercial proposals with the support of internal experts.
  • Represent the company at professional events, seminars, and regional industry networks.
  • Contribute actively to the company’s long-term growth in sustainable climate technology.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development experience in the technical, HVAC, or building sector.
  • Strong professional network within the construction or engineering ecosystem.
  • A combination of commercial acumen and technical understanding of climate or energy systems.
  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to develop new markets.
  • Valid Category B driving license.

Languages

  • Dutch: Fluent (required).
  • English: Professional level for internal and external communication.
  • French: A plus for cross-regional collaboration.
