ECI Lead (Early Contractor Involvement) – Large-Scale Construction Projects – UAE / GCC

Full-time

Job Overview

Our client is a well-established international construction group with a strong presence across the UAE and wider GCC, delivering large-scale, technically complex projects in building, infrastructure, and related sectors. Known for combining engineering expertise with strategic execution, the organization is involved in high-profile developments that demand strong technical leadership from the earliest project stages.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior construction professional who thrives at the intersection of design, planning, delivery strategy, and commercial thinking. In this role, you will help shape projects before scope, cost, and execution are fully defined — making a direct impact on project success from the very beginning.
