Your Contribution
- Leading end-to-end bid management for infrastructure and marine projects, including coastal works, quay walls, and marine civil scope.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, and operations functions under demanding tender timelines.
- Defining the overall bid strategy, including project positioning, methodology, and delivery approach.
- Analyzing client requirements, tender documentation, and technical specifications.
- Aligning design, costing, and execution planning into a coherent and competitive proposal.
- Identifying and managing technical, commercial, and contractual risks throughout the tender process.
- Contributing to pricing strategy, risk allocation, and overall bid competitiveness.
- Interfacing with clients, consultants, and joint venture partners during the different tender stages.
- Ensuring consistency between the proposed solution and the organization’s actual execution capability.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in bid management within infrastructure and/or marine projects.
- Background in a general contractor environment.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, Design & Build, and/or EPC frameworks.
- Experience working in joint ventures or with international project partners.
- Ability to manage complex tenders under time pressure while maintaining quality and strategic focus.
- Strong technical insight and commercial judgment.
- Experience engaging directly with clients during tender phases.
- Proven track record in the Middle East / GCC.
- Fluency in French is essential, with a strong command of English.
