💡 About the Opportunity 

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Finance and Business Operations, giving you insight into how a global organisation runs day-to-day. 

You’ll work closely with both the Finance and Administration teams, developing practical skills while building confidence in a professional environment. No prior experience? No problem — we’re looking for potential, curiosity, and enthusiasm. 

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing 

Finance Experience 

• Support the processing of supplier invoices and payments 

• Assist with matching delivery notes to invoices and maintaining records 

• Help track financial transactions and organise documentation 

• Support the team during month-end activities and reporting prep 

• Assist with resolving basic finance queries 

Business Operations & Office Experience 

• Be a friendly first point of contact for visitors and calls 

• Assist with managing deliveries, post, and office coordination 

• Support meeting room setup and ensure a professional office environment 

• Help organise travel, meetings, and general admin tasks 

• Contribute to keeping the office running smoothly 

🎓 Who We’re Looking For 

• Students or recent graduates in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields 

• A strong interest in learning how businesses operate 

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 

• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn 

• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude 

• A team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in
