The Role
As an AI Transformation Managing Principal, you will lead financial services clients through complex AI transformation journeys—defining strategy, shaping opportunities, and overseeing delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams. This senior consulting role blends AI strategy, business transformation, and client engagement, working closely with executives and technical teams to turn vision into scalable, real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise AI and GenAI transformation programs aligned to business strategy and measurable outcomes
• Define roadmaps and operating models for adopting foundation models, agentic AI, and automation
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and PoCs
• Build and maintain senior client relationships while shaping and selling transformation programs
• Mentor teams, drive capability building, and contribute to thought leadership and market initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consulting and technology-led transformation, including AI/ML or GenAI strategy
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives within financial services from concept through delivery
• Demonstrated success in business development and executive stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of foundation models and their application across financial services domains
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect business strategy and technical delivery
• Willingness to work out of our office 3 days/week

• Experience designing operating models for AI adoption at enterprise scale
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and governance
• Experience working across banking, capital markets, insurance, or fintech sectors
• Exposure to agentic AI and advanced automation use cases
