Role Description:
Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer with Production Support in Banking Domain
Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru
Hybrid Mode - 3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs) per week
Shift Time: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
Overview:
AWS / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
We’re looking for an AWS / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys working hands-on with cloud environments and growing deeper into monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support and operate AWS infrastructure in production
- Help troubleshoot AWS and VPC networking issues
- Participate in and contribute technically during production incidents
- Create or improve monitoring, alerts, and dashboards using CloudWatch and Grafana
- Work closely with DevOps/SRE and application teams to improve system reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)
- Exposure to monitoring or observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, or similar)
- Basic understanding of how to approach infrastructure troubleshooting
- Ability to explain what you checked and why when solving issues
- Willingness to learn and grow in hands-on cloud operations
Nice to Have
- Experience creating CloudWatch alarms or dashboards
- Grafana dashboard or alert configuration
- Terraform or Kubernetes exposure
