The Role
We are seeking a Product Owner – AI Integration & Enablement to join our Strategy practice in New York. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery and AI enablement, with a focus on helping organizations integrate AI into both customer-facing products and internal product management practices.
You will act as a hands-on practitioner, demonstrating how AI can enhance product workflows, improve decision-making, and accelerate delivery. Working across product, engineering, and business teams, you will help shape AI-enabled strategies and embed practical, scalable approaches across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and support high-value opportunities for AI integration across digital products and customer experiences
- Translate business needs into technical requirements by partnering with AI/ML and engineering teams
- Demonstrate AI-enabled approaches across product workflows, including research, requirements, and analysis
- Develop reusable playbooks, tools, and frameworks to enable AI adoption across product teams
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure responsible and compliant AI usage
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in digital product roles, including experience as a Product Owner
- Experience integrating AI or data-driven capabilities into products or delivery processes
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
