Job Overview

Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving all quality-related measures within the Pro Logistics central warehouse in Tebna. The role ensures compliance with company standards and international best practices across inbound and outbound logistics, storage, handling, health and safety, and environmental requirements. The officer supports the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management, and ensures that all staff are trained and operations are documented, controlled, and aligned with Tawfeer’s and Prologistics’ policies.

-         Implement and enforce the company’s IMS (QMS, Health & Safety, Environmental) policies and procedures across warehouse operations.

-         Ensure compliance with both Pro Logistics’ and Tawfeer’s overall quality standards and regulatory requirements.

-         Conduct inspections on all inbound shipments (suppliers, imports) and outbound shipments (dispatch to stores/clients), ensuring compliance with specifications, quality markers, and documentation requirements.

-         Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, FIFO/FEFO application, shelf-life control) to ensure food and non-food safety standards are maintained.

-         Oversee product handling and warehouse hygiene, ensuring pest control, cleaning, and sanitation programs are properly implemented.

-         Support the investigation and reporting of non-conformities, complaints, or deviations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

-         Ensure compliance with transportation hygiene and traceability requirements for outbound operations.

-         Maintain and update IMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and records.

-         Monitor implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards, assisting in internal and external audits.

-         Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.

-         Conduct induction and refresher training for warehouse and logistics staff on quality, food safety, HSE, and environmental standards.

-         Promote awareness and enforcement of IMS practices among staff at all levels.

-         Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

-         Support cross-functional teams in improvement projects and operational reviews.

-        Prepare regular quality control and IMS compliance reports to both the Head of Quality and the Senior Operations Manager.

-        Ensure effective document control and record-keeping in line with IMS requirements.

Support data analysis for KPIs related to quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

-         Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

-         Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality, warehouse, or logistics operations.

-         Experience in IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HSE, Environmental) implementation is preferred.

-         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-         Detail-oriented, reliable, and problem-solving mindset.

-         Ability to work cross-functionally and enforce compliance.

-         Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
