Quality Control Officer

Responsible for implementing all quality-related activities and ensuring that all outlets, products, and processes comply with Tawfeer’s quality standards and policies. The role involves monitoring inbound/outbound shipments, inspecting in-store prepared food, and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and comply with Tawfeer’s Quality Control policies and procedures.
• Inspect all received and dispatched goods to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Monitor pre-prepared food items to ensure alignment with Tawfeer quality standards.
• Support the development and execution of quality control processes and documentation.
• Recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and quality performance.
• Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar or related role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
