Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
- Follow the marketing department’s established procedures and adhere to Tawfeer’s overall company policies.
₋ Execute in-store promotional campaigns based on the yearly marketing calendar and sales priorities.
₋ Coordinate with the commercial team to select promotional items, define offers, and align on execution timelines .
₋ Coordinate with design and printing teams to ensure timely production and distribution of flyers and printed materials.
₋ Contribute to the implementation of loyalty program campaigns by supporting logistics and communication efforts.
₋ Assist in tracking in-store loyalty program implementation and organize basic staff training when needed.
₋ Support customer service reporting by gathering data and submitting summaries to supervisors.
₋ Help organize store events and seasonal marketing activities, including setup and vendor communication.
₋ Provide logistical support during marketing events, ensuring materials are ready and brand elements are properly displayed.
₋ Track and monitor the effectiveness of promotions, gather feedback, and generate post-activation reports.
₋ Monitor competitor activity and share findings with the team.
₋ Help manage marketing-related documentation and keep records of expenditures.
₋ Support marketing team members through daily follow-ups, store coordination, and executional guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or FMCG environments.
