Position Summary
We’re looking for a visionary, data-driven Marketing & Growth Lead to drive the global expansion of our emerging premium cigar brands. You will oversee a fully integrated marketing strategy across social media, email, trade marketing, exhibitions, online store content, and HubSpot.
Working closely with our Social Media Manager and Global Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage all digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, Meta/Google Ads, influencers, eCommerce) while ensuring full compliance for restricted-promotion brands. You will protect and strengthen our brand identity across all regions.
In this senior role, you’ll lead the marketing team, coordinate agencies, manage trade marketing initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Product. You will also own the budget, track performance, and guide our marketing growth across Europe, the U.S., and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global brand growth for our in-house young premium cigar brands across international markets.
- Drive an integrated marketing strategy across all channels: social media, email, trade marketing, exhibitions, online store content, and HubSpot.
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Meta/Google Ads, influencers, eCommerce) with full compliance for restricted-promotion brands.
- Shape and protect brand identity through consistent visuals, storytelling, and premium positioning across all regions.
- Manage the marketing function end-to-end — team leadership, agency coordination, trade marketing execution, cross-functional collaboration, budget ownership, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of senior marketing experience (Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Brand Manager), ideally within restricted industries (cigars/tobacco, alcohol, luxury, CBD).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, content marketing) and growing young brands into strong market players.
- Strong background in brand building, storytelling, and visual identity across international markets.
- Experience leading teams and managing agencies, with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent English (C1+); Spanish, Russian, or another European language is a plus.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Thrives in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment with an ownership mindset, adaptability, and accountability.
