Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Global Trade Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand visibility and drive growth across key international markets (EU & USA).
This is a high-impact role where you'll lead trade marketing initiatives end-to-end, from managing exhibitions and retail activations to coordinating promoters, vendors, and POS deployment. Requirements
Trade Marketing & Retail Activation (B2B / Retail)
- Plan and execute trade marketing programs across EU & U.S. markets.
- Manage product visibility in wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and duty-free channels.
- Develop and deploy POS materials (displays, banners, catalogs) and ensure visual compliance.
- Run B2B email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and co-op promotions with partners.
- Monitor KPIs for retail and field activities (activations, facings, cost per activation, etc.).
Exhibitions & International Events
- Own full event cycles: planning, budgeting, vendor management, design, logistics, on-site execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate booth design and logistics (shipping, customs, setup).
- Deliver post-event reports: leads generated, cost per lead, conversion insights.
Promoter & Field Team Management
- Recruit, brief, and oversee promoters through agencies or direct sourcing.
- Set goals and KPIs for promoters and ensure consistent brand representation.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Align with Brand & Marketing teams on messaging, visuals, and campaign tone.
- Track ROI and optimize strategy based on data and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or Retail/Field Marketing (ideally in FMCG, premium tobacco, or luxury goods).
- Experience managing international exhibitions and trade activations.
- Skilled in coordinating field teams and promoters.
- Strong trade marketing project management: planning, budgeting, reporting.
- Experience using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/email tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+); Spanish is a strong plus.
- Ownership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brand.
- Located in Eastern Europe or able to collaborate remotely within a similar time zone.
