About Us:
We are a European premium cigar company with rapidly growing operations across Spain,
Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.
Our brands are present in retail stores, cigar lounges, and online distributors across multiple
countries.
We are now expanding our sales structure in Europe and looking for a talented Sales
Supervisor to lead and develop a regional sales team in the FMCG segment (tobacco
industry).
Requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising a team of sales representatives and key account managers across assigned markets (Europe).
- Driving sell-in and sell-out performance across distributors, retail chains, and B2B clients.
- Implementing sales plans, targets, and incentive programs.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in the tobacco/FMCG sector.
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
- Coordinating closely with the Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service departments.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision or team management within FMCG or Tobacco industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B distribution, retail, and trade marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a multicultural team.
- Fluent English (C1+); other European languages are a plus (Spanish, German, Polish, Bulgarian, Serbian, Romanian).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and motivation to grow with a fast-developing brand.
