About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role is critical in removing operational bottlenecks, streamlining onboarding processes, and enabling our sales reps to focus on what they do best—building relationships and closing deals. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring data accuracy, smooth inter-team collaboration, and fast partner go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage Salesforce records, validate internal system submissions.
- Own lead validation and pipeline hygiene to ensure sales reps engage only with qualified leads.
- Monitor onboarding cases and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain internal internal trackers, and resources for the Sales team.
2. Onboarding & Quality Assurance
- Ensure accurate menus, coverage areas, pricing, and images are uploaded for all new partners.
- Guarantee consistency and quality checks across all onboarded brands.
3. Data & Reporting
- Prepare daily performance logs and dashboards to support sales decisions.
4. Team Support & Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams pro actively resolve blockers.
- Contribute to research projects such as brand mapping, cloud kitchen analysis, and market segmentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination (FMCG, tech, or food delivery preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
